When a privileged LA photographer, Nick, wakes up to find his wife, Alicia, has disappeared, apparently returning to her hometown Rio. He follows her only to find himself caught up in a world of intrigue, political violence and coverups built on the graves of generations of disappeared.
A samba noir, weaving the dark history of Rio into a neo noir thriller. Written and Directed by Ross Clarke (The Bird Catcher, The Chemist, Borges in prep), with Tom Wilton co-writing. Based on an idea developed with Executive Producer Walton Goggins (Hateful Eight, Django Unchained, Justified [TV]).
